A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SOIL INVESTIGATION SERVICES,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE. SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
.WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of Soil
Investigation Services. in connection with- the construction
of the LaPalma/Tustin Storm Drain; and
WHEREAS, Moore & Taber, Consulting Engineers and
Geologists, is qualified to render such Soil Investigation
Services and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, Moore & Taber, Consulting Engineers and
Geologists, has submitted a proposal for said Soil
Investigation Services dated December lg, 1g77; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, .the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, .and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th. day of
February , 19 7 8 .
