W~zEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed aursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 30430 et secy., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandoni~lent of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, T~iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easement(s), to wit:
"Those certain public utility easer~zents generally
described as follows:
A. Located on the east side of State College
Boulevard approximately 300 feet south of
Ball Road and extending approxi?:iately 160
feet east of State .College Boulevard
B. Located on the south side of Ba11 Road approxi-
mately 300. feet east of State College Boulevard
and extending approximately 160 feet south of
Ball Road
C. Located on the south side of Ball Road appro~.i-
mately 430 feet east of State College Boulevard
and extending approximately 260 feet south of
Ball Road"
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Cler?~ of the City of Anaheim.
BE TT FURThER RESOLVED that ail persons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.~~1., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
February 21, 1978
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
