A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
---- G. L. LEWIS COMPANY TO MOVE A GARAGE FROM ITS.
PRESENT LOCATION (WITHIN A NEWLY DEDICATED
PUBLIC STREET) TO A MORE SUITABLE LOCATION ON
THE SAME LOT AT 370 SOUTH OLD BRIDGE ROAD,
ANAHEIM,_CALIFORNIA. `
WHEREAS,- G. L. Lewis Company did file a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a garage .from its present
location (within a newly dedicated public street) to a more suit-
able location on the same lot at 370 South Old Bridge Road,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 24th day of January, 1978 at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M. and continued to the 3ist day of January, 1978 at
3:00 P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it
is proposed to move said garage, at least ten days prior to the
date fixed for said hearing', as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and con-
ducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to
be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said appli-
cation for a housenioving permit, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of G. L. Lewis Company
for a house moving permit to move a garage from its present loca-
tion (within a newly dedicated public street} to a more suitable
location on the same lot at 370 South Old Bridge Road, Anaheim,
California, be and the same is hereby, granted subject to compli-
ance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a
point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of
Anaheim.
