A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
--°°~-~ CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A SECOND AMEl`1DMENT TO AGREE-
MENT WITH BARBARA L. TORRES IN CONNECTION
WITH HANDWRITING AND DOCUMENT EXAMINATION
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres
entered into an Agreement effective February 3, 1976, for
handwriting and document examination services; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said
Agreement to extend the term of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Second
Amendment to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that. the terms and
conditions of this Second Amendment to Agreement between the
City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres effective February. 3,
1976, extending the term of said Agreement be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of
January 19 7 8 .
