A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AND THE ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INC., RELATING. TO
COMMUNITY BASED INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION,
VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide
Community Based Individualized Instruction, Vocational
Skills Training, and Work Experience for its residents through
the operation of the Anaheim Educational Opportunities Center;
and
WHEREAS, as a part of said Anaheim Educational
Opportunities Center, the City of Anaheim desires. to
provide Community Based Individualized Instruction, Vocation-
al Skills Training, and Work Experience; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires the services
of an agency with special knowledge and experience in the
field of Community .Based Individualized Instruction, Vocation-
al Skills Training, and Work Experience; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Community Development
Council, Inc., is willing to furnish such specialized
personnel and material as is required to provide .Community
Based Individualized Instruction, Vocational Skills Training,
and Work Experience for the operation of the said Anaheim
Educational Opportunities Center; and
WHEREAS, the Orange
Council, Inc., has submitted
providing for the furnishing
material required to provide
ized Instruction, Vocational
Experience; and
County Community Development
to the City a form of Agreement
of specialized personnel and
said Community Based Individual-
Skills Training, and Work
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and in the best interests of the City to
approve the proposed Agreement between the City of Anaheim
and the Orange County Community. Development Council, Inc.,
and that the same .should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into between the
City of Anaheim and the Orange County Community Development

Council, Inc., providing for the furnishing of specialized
personnel and material required to provide Community Based
Individualized Instruction, Vocational Skills Training, and
Work Experience upon the terms and conditions and for the
compensation set forth in said Agreement be, and the .same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE. FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of
January , 19 7 8 .
