A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCLL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH WARREN,
McVEIGH, GRIFFIN & HUNTINGTON, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS,-the City of Anaheim entered into an
Agreement dated July 19, 1977, with Warren., McVeigh, Griffin
& Huntington for analysis of City risk management and employee
benefit programs; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend said Agreement
to provide for additional services for an additional fee not
to exceed X2,000.00; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and. conditions of which are acceptable to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of-said First Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City. of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of
January , 19 7 8 .
