A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERTULS AND CONDITIONS
OF A DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT. BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND LAS TTENDAS DE YORBA, AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Las Tiendas de Yorba is the owner of certain
real property located on the north side of Santa Ana Canyon Road,
westerly of its intersection with Imperial Highway, in the City
of Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, in order to more adequately regulate the flow
of traffic upon said Santa Ana Canyon Road, the City of Anaheim
has adopted a policy of regulation of access from and to real
property adjacent to said Road; and
WHEREAS, Las Tiendas de Yorba and the City desire to
establish certain rights with respect to access from and to said
real property and Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, a driveway agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a driveway
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Las Tiendas de Yorba,
as more particularly set forth in said agreement be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of January ,
1978.
