A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEI~lENT WITH VTN CONSOLIDATED, INC.
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO PROVIDE EIGHTY-
FOUR CRONAFLEX FILM POSITIVES OF THE CITY
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR Ai~]'D CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEP~.ENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the City of
Anaheim to obtain eighty-four (84) Cronaflex film positives of
certain designated areas of the City; and
WHEREAS, the need for such film positives is of a type
and complexity requiring temporary services of a professional
technical character; and
WHEREAS, VTN Consolidated, Inc. has the qualifications
and experience to perform the aforesaid services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby VTN
Consolidated, Inc. will perform said services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the. City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F.ESOLVED that the germs and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of January ,
