A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND BENEFICIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COST OF CERTAIN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY.
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Beneficial Development Corporation
(hereinafter "Beneficial") is required to construct certain
improvements at its own expense on the west side of Euclid
Street between the Riverside Freeway and Medical Center
Drive and to install a landscaped median island between the
Riverside Freeway and Romneya Drive pursuant to Resolution
No. 74R-235; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is preparing to
reconstruct Euclid Street between the Riverside Freeway and
La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Beneficial desires City to include said
required improvements as part of the City reconstruction
project and reimburse the City for the cost of said required
improvements; and
WHEREAS, an agreement
