A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
(Public Utility Easement 77-11A)
WHEREAS, the City C®uncil of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law .(Section 504.30 et seq., Gover:~nment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, .and close to public use the following described
public service. easement(s), to wit:
That certain 5-foot wide public utility easement
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, lying within Lot 138 of Tract
No. 8075, as shown on a map recorded in Book 354,
pages 4 to 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County., to be abandoned, the easterly line
of said 5-foot strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line
of said Lot 138 with .the westerly right of way line
of Colter Circle (5O feet wide), as shown on the
map of said Tract No. 8075; thence N 31° 49' 38" E,
22.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave southwesterly and having a radius of 93.00
feet; thence northerly along said curve through a
central angle of 38° 30' 00" an arc distance of
62.49 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve con-
cave easterly and having a radius of 45•.00 feet;
thence northerly along said reverse curve through
a central angle of 68° 24' 53" an arc distance of
53.73 feet to an intersection with the southwesterly
line of Lot 139 of said Tract No. 8075, said point
of intersection being the point of terminus. of the
line herein described,
as said easements are .shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City. of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said. vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on;
January 31, .1978

BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City. Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th .day of January ~
