A RES0LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. BLOCK
GRANT FOURTH YEAR APPLICATION FOR THE A-95
REVIEW PROCESS.-
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department of the
City of Anaheim has prepared the Fourth Year Application for
Community Development Block Grant .funds from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, said application must be submitted for the
A-95 Review process. e~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that City staff be, and is hereby,
authorized and directed to submit said Fourth Year Application
for A-95 Review.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this loth day of
