A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
...- ALAN CLENDENEN TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE FROM
211 SOUTH CLAUDINA STREET TO 900 EAST CYPRESS
STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Alan Clendenen did file a written application
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 211 South
Claudina Street to 900 East Cypress Street, Anaheim, California;
and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the. 3rd day of January, 1978 a.t the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public. hearing having been given 'oy mail to alI persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners
appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said .permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Als.n Clendenen for
a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 211 South
Claudina Street to 900 East Cypress Street, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to compliance with
all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point
within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the .City of Anaheim this 3rd day of January,
1978.
