OF Aiv AMENDP•'IENT TO AGREEMENT WITH BIDDLE &
ASSOCIATES DATED SEP^lEMBER 13, 1977, FOR PRO-
FESSIONAL SERVICES TO DEVELOP APPLICATION TESTS
AND E~?UAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT
TRAIT~iING PROGRAMS FOR FIRE AI~1D POLICE PERSONNEL
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AT47EI~1DMENT Oi'~ BEHALF OF THE CITY OF

ti^7HEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into an Agreement
dated September 13, 1977, engaging, Biddle & Associates as
Consultant to render certain professional services in support
of the City's effort to develop and validate practice,
procedures and tests used to select applicants and to provide
City with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) training for
management and personnel staff; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement of September 13, 1977,
provides the details of the work plan for the Fire and Police
Validation Consortium but does not include within such wont
plan the Additional Product/Service of Background Check for
Police and Fire; and
WHEREAS, CITY now desires Biddle & Associates to
perform the Additional Product/Service of Background Check
for Police and Fire; and
LaHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the Agreement
dated September 13, 1977, between the City and Biddle &
Associates; and
WI~EREAS, an amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared whereby Biddle & Associates will provide such additional
services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Amendment
to Agreement are accepable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOTdJ, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTT-IER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, autY~orized to execute said Amendment
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
