A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A PERMIT AGREEMENT WITH OKEH CATERERS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID PERMIT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Okeh Caterers is in need of additional
parking spaces for the parking of their employee vehicles;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has available parking
spaces at the Anaheim Stadium for use by Okeh Caterers; and
WHEREAS, a Permit Agreement has been prepared and
reviewed by staff to permit the use of the Anaheim Stadium
as additional parking for Okeh Caterers for a period of one
(1) year, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
Permit Agreement permitting Okeh Caterers to use parking
space at Anaheim Stadium for a period of one (1) year be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Permit Agreement for and on behalf of the .City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this'"3rd day of
