A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO,
1499 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-602
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No.. 1499 on December 10, 1974, by Resolution No. 74R-602;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, - BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional.Use Permit No. 1499 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 74R -602 be .declared null and
void,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of July, 1978.
