A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
VALENCIA LEASING TO MOVE AN OFFICE BUILDING
FROM 11611 WESTMINSTER BOULEVARD, GARDEN GROVE,
TO 1071 NORTH BLUE GUM STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Valencia Leasing did file a written
application for a house moving permit to move an office build-
ing from 11611 Westminster Boulevard, Garden Grove, to 1071
North Blue Gum Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 25th day of July, 1978, at the hour of 3:00 .
o'clock p.m., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said building, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted for the following
reasons:
1. That the building proposed to be moved into the
City is comparable in value, size, quality, design and appearance
of buildings or structures in the area into which it is to be
moved; and
2. That it will not be detrimental to, nor diminish
the value of property in the area; and
3. That less than a majority of the property owners
in the area object to the moving of the building onto the
property where it is proposed to be moved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Valencia Leasing for
a house moving permit to move an office building from 11611
Westminster Boulevard, Garden Grove to 1071 North Blue Gum Street,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject

to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter
15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot
within the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of July,
