A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND C014DITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND WILLIAM 0. TALLEY PERTAINING
TO EMPLOYMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, pursuant to Resolution No. 76R -390 dated July 6, 1976,
enter into an Agreement to secure the.services of William 0.
Talley as City Manager; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
amend said employment contract in certain particulars; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement of
July 6, 1976 has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
