A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT OF FUNDS FROM
THE STATE OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY FOR
PURPOSES OF CONDUCTING A SPEED /ACCIDENT STUDY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
an application to the State Office of Traffic Safety (here-
inafter "OTS ") for a grant of funds to conduct a speed/
accident study more particularly described in said applica-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the OTS has heretofore awarded to the
City of Anaheim a grant of funds in an amount not to exceed
$35,500 to reimburse the City for the cost of said study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
signify its acceptance of said grant award and agrees to
administer the grant project in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth in or incorporated by reference in
said grant award.
