1978-1979.
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of California
Highway Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency
Participating in its training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Anaheim de-
sires from tine to time to participate in certain training programs
sponsored and administered by the Department of Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim is required to authorize certain officers of the Anaheim
Police Department to participate in said training agreements for
the 1978-1979 fiscal year.
NOTHI, THEREFO=, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City 114anager of the City of Anaheimt be,
and he is hereby, authorized ' anc, directeO to sign sai(w- training
agreements when required for the fiscal year 1978-1973 as long as
the amounts to be paid by the City of Anaheim are within the Police
Department budget for said fiscal year.
