which correct said error; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said Amendment are acceptable to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NO I, THER-1,70 BEE, IT RESOLVED that the terms of said
Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Utilities Director of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOPEGOING RESOLUTION is a:oproved and adopted by the

RESOLUTION NO. 78R -456
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1545 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 75R -410
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1545 on August 5, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R -410; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
conditional use permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1545 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 75R -410 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of July, 1978.
