A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T - - 1E CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING '`t_'HAT THERE WAS NOT A
'IA.JORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET LIGHTING
ASSESS1 DISryRICT 1972 -1 -B, TRACT NO. 1959.
WiEREAS, the City Council did on May 23, 1978, adopt
Resolution No. 78R -322 setting the 27th day of June, 1978, at
the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour, and place
when and where anv and all persons having any objections to the
proposed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1972 -1 -B, might appear and show cause why the proposed improve-
ments should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, said date for the hearing of objections and
protests was continued from June 27, 1978, to July 18, 1978, at
the same hour and place; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for
the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there
was not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at said
hearing on July 18, 1978, in the proceedings for certain conterti-
plated ir.tprovements to be made by the City under the Street Light-
ing Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District 1972 -1 -B.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of July, 1978.
