A RE.SCLUTION OF TIHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IY,vAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
A:_ 2- 1 03Pu1 DON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASE=4TS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahein, does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the Citv of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easements, to wit:
a. That certain easement for drainage purposes
(15 feet wide) located east of Old Bucket Lane,
extending northerly from Nohl Ranch Road.
b. Those certain easements for public utility
purposes (5 feet wide) adjacent to the north
and south sides of Ridge Gate Road, east of
Old Bucket Lane.
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Cler of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all parsons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Choi in the City
Hall,, 2011 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheir., California, on:
August 1, 1970
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anahein Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheira.
