WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vaca-
tion Act of 1941 (Section 3300 et sea., Streets and Highway
Code) in connection with requests for .vacation and abandonment
of public streets located within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE SOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use the following described
street, to wit:
That portion of Ridge Gate Road, north of Nohl Ranch
Road, extending easterly from Old Bucket Lane to a
point approximately 240 feet easterly thereof,
as said street is shown on a reap or plan on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BL IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these proceedings are under-
taken subject to the following reservations and exceptions in
favor of the following persons or parties:
Reserving unto the City of Anaheim an easement for
public utility purposes (five feet wide) along the
east side of Old Bucket Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.4., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 Mast Lincoln Avenue, Maaheim, California, on:
August 1, 1973
BE IT FURTISLR RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the sane to be
Published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anah iLi.
