A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1248 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 71R - 464
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1248 on October 19, 1971, by Resolution No. 71R - 464;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional. Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1248 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. , 71R - 464 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of July 1978.
