A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITIONS NO. 1 AND �
�- OF RESOLUTION NO. 77R -669 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS NO. 76- 77 -49.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 77R -669 finding and determining
that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning
should be amended and that the boundaries of certain zones should
be changed in Reclassification Proceedings No. 76- 77 -49; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has petitioned the City Council
for an amendment to certain conditions of approval of said Resolu-
tion No. 76- 77 -49; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly noticed public
hearing upon applicant's aforesaid request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditions No. 1 and 2 of Resolution No.
77R -669 be, and the same are hereby, amended to delete therefrom
the requirement for dedication of additional land and street widen-
ing improvements on and along Frontera Street.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of July, 1978.
