A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 1 AND DE-
LETING CONDITION NO. 3 OF RESOLUTION NO.
67R -334 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO.
66- 67 -64.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore approved Resolution No. 67R -334 granting a zoning; re-
classification in Reclassification Proceedings No. 66- 67 -64; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a modification of
conditions contained in Resolution No. 67R -334; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing
upon said reo_uest and has determined that the modification of
Resolution No. 67R -334 as hereinafter set forth is in the public
interest and welfare.
MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 67R -334 be, and the same
is hereby, amended in the following manner.
1. Condition No. 1-is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 1. That dedications shall be made to the City of
of Anaheim on all streets within the area, ac-
cording to the Circulation Element of the
General Plan - Highway Rights -of -Way, prior to
the issuance of building permits."
2. Condition No. 3 is hereby deleted.
BE IT FURTHER PJ3SOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 67R -334 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of July, 1978.
