A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAFFIC
SIGNAL INSTALLATION COSTS; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
(CALIFORNIA COMPUTER PRODUCTS, INC.)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a traffic
signal at pedestrian crosswalk on Coronado Street; and
WHEREAS, California Computer Products, Inc. will pay
for a portion of the cost for this traffic signal; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of that certain agreement between California Computer
Products, Inc. and the City of Anaheim be and it is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
