A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF Ail AGREEMENT WITH C. DON McGREGOR FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
professional services in connection with the development and
extension of technical services to improve City systems,
reduce costs, and increase effectiveness; and
WHEREAS, C. Don McGregor has represented that he
is qualified and able to perform such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
C. Don McGregor will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
