A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT OF FUNDS FROM
.�. THE OFFICE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING FOR
LAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to
Resolution No. 78R -59, has heretofore made an application
to the Office of Criminal Justice Planning (hereinafter
"OCJP") for a grant of funds for certain law enforcement
purposes more particularly described in said application;
and
WHEREAS, the OCJP has heretofore made Grant
Award No. A- 4047 -1 -78 to the City of Anaheim in the total
amount of $9,000.00 plus a State contribution of $500.00
for said purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim
does hereby signify its acceptance of said grant award and
agrees to administer the grant project in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth in or incorporated by
reference in said grant award and the applicable provisions
of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968
(PL 90 -351) as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
does hereby appropriate and commit the sum of $500.00 to
said grant project as its matching share of funds for said
project.
