A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND A. R. McDANIEL DBA McDANIEL &
ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and A. R. McDaniel dba
McDaniel & Associates have heretofore entered into an agree-
ment for sanitary sewer engineering services dated April 20,
1977; and
WHEREAS, the parties
amend the terms thereof in the
ment to agreement; and

WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said amendment
to agreement are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
amendment to agreement between the City of Anaheim and A. R.
McDaniel dba McDaniel & Associates be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
