A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH BONA -
FIDE SECURITY SERVICE BY MODIFYING HOURS OF
SERVICES REDUCING PAYMENT AND EXTENDING THE
TERM THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID SEC-
OND AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Bonafide Security Service
entered into an agreement for security patrol service dated March 29,
1977, pursuant to Resolution No. 77R -216, and the parties thereto
amended said agreement on June 21, 1977, pursuant to Resolution No.
77R -443; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement., the weekday hours of
patrol coverage were 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., payment was Three Hun-
dred Seventy -Five Dollars ($375.00) per month and the agreement
shall terminate at .12:00. midnight on June 30, 1978; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said agreement by modifying weekday hours of patrol coverage to
11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., reduce payments to Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00) per month and extend the term thereof one (1) year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Bonafide Security Service dated March 29, 1977, modifying weekday
hours of patrol coverage, reducing monthly payments and extending
the term thereof for a period of one (1) year be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
