A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -358.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
the 30th day of May, 1978, approve Resolution No. 78R -358; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 78R -358 did approve a cor-
poration grant deed for the sale of certain City property (generally
located on Orangewood Avenue and Rampart Street); and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said grant deed was incorrectly
stated therein; and
78R -358.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to rescind said Resolution No.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does hereby rescind Resolution No. 78R -358.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of June ,
1978.
