A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND .CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR
ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has adopted an Ordinance of the County of Orange pertaining
to animal regulations; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary pursuant to said Ordinance
for the City to have an agreement with Orange County for the
furnishing of animal control services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for said animal control
services was entered into between the City of Anaheim and
the County of Orange on September 21, 1976; and
WHEREAS, an agreement extending the term of said
animal control services agreement for a period of one year
has this day been submitted, the terms and conditions of
which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
