A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND CANAL- RANDOLPH ANAHEIM,
INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Canal - Randolph Anaheim., Inc. is the owner
of certain property located within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Canal - Randolph
Anaheim, Inc. have heretofore entered into a lease dated
June 15, 1977, for the leasing of certain facilities to the
City for use by the Anaheim Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to amend the
terms of said lease at this time; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Lease has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
First Amendment to Lease by and between the City of Anaheim
and Canal- Randolph Anaheim, Inc. be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment to Lease for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of
