OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TER MLS 1)2 , 1D CONDITIONS
OF A: AGREEIL'M WITH THE EEL CAMINO BANK RE-
GARDING THE DISBURSE AIEiNT OF FM.-?DS IN CONNEC-
TION WITH A NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRA1.1
AS PART OF THE COM DEVELOP 11AIENT BLOCK
GRA- ?T PROGRM- vi, AND AUTHORIZING THE %L5AYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is carrying out a Neighbor-
hood Preservation Program as a part of the Community Development
Block Grant Program under the United States Housing and Cortmunity
Development Act of 1974 which was reauthorized by the 1977 Act;
and
WHERE-AS, the City of Anaheim is charged with the control
of the disbursement of funds to contractors for the repair and im-
provement of homes, such funds being the proceeds of loans to pro
erty owners participating in the Neig-laborhooe,! Preservation Program;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the El Camino Bank
desire to mutually agree upon the methods and procedures under which
they will make disbursement of construction progress payrents; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactoi77 to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFOYIE, BE IT RE 'SOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement between the Citv of Anaheim_ and the El Camino
Bank regarding the disbursement of funds in connection with a
Neighborhood Preservation Program as part of the Community Develop-
ment Block Grant Progray-, be, and the sane are hereby, a - p, ,

BE IT FURTHER RIESOLVEOD that the llavor and Cit Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
