A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 76-77-57
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 77R-483 NULL ADD
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Resolution
No. 77R-408 declaring its intention to rezone certain property as
described in Reclassification Proceedings No. 76-77-57; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has requested ter-
mination of said proceedings for the reason that said reclassifica-
tion is no longer desired or needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Reclassification Proceedings No. 76-77-57
be, and the same are hereby, terminated and that Resolution No.
77R"488 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of June
1973.
