A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 3011.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Roger
Pannier, Roger W. Pannier and Lorraine A. Prater, owners, and
Robert P. Warmington Company, agent, was received, a public
hearing before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
was held upon due and proper notice, a result of which Variance
No. 3011 was granted covering the following; described property:
That portion of Lot 25 of the Anaheim Investment
Company's Tract, as said Lot is shown on a Map
thereof recorded in book 7, pages 33 and 34
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of said Lot 25, said corner being the in-
tersection of the center lines of Ball Road and
Euclid Avenue, and running thence North 89 26'
50" East along the north line of said Lot 25,
657.23 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot,
said corner being the intersection of the center
lines of Ball Road and Palm Lane; thence South. 0°
00" 50" West along the East line of said lot,
671.47 feet to the Southeast corner of said lot,
thence South 89 34' 27" West along the South line
of said lot, 657.05 feet to the Southwest corner of
said lot in the center line of Euclid Avenue;
thence Northerly along the West line of said lot,
670.02 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting
therefrom the North 200 feet of the West 200 feet
thereof.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by
law, an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion,
caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result
thereof, the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. That there are no special circumstances
applicable to the property which do not
apply to other property in the same
vicinity and zone.
2. That strict application of the zoning code
does not deprive the property of privileges
enjoyed by other property in the same
vicinity and zone.

1OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be, and the same is
hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOIivG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of June,
