OR SUBLEASE A142khEIM STADITM ON AVAILABLE JULY
4TH DATES FOR PURPOSE OF PATRIO'T'IC FIRE WORKS
SPECTACULARS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates Anaheim
Stadium, which is located at 2000 South State College Boulevard,
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, City desires to have an event scheduled on
July 4th for the years 1978 through 1985; and
WHEREAS, Tommy Walker desires to lease or sublease
Anaheim Stadium (for the purpose of a Patriotic 4th of July Fire-
works Spectacular) in the years 1978 through 1985 when the date of
July 4th is available; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to enecute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of June ,
1978.
