A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE
COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower Commission has previously entered into an Agreement
No. H88888 dated May 25th, 1976, as amended from time to
time, in connection with a Management Information System;
and
WHEREAS,
to extend the term
thereof; and
WHEREAS,
has this date been

it is necessary to modify said agreement
and to amend the payment rate schedule
Amendment Three to Agreement No. H88888
submitted, the terms and conditions of
Cory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of
Amendment Three to Agreement No. H88888 between the City of
Anaheim and the Orange County Manpower Commission be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
