A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO E) CUTE SAID AGREE�•TENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to use and
occupy the third floor of the El Camino Bank Building located
at 106 North Claudina Street; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the
owner of said building; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "von- Residential
Rental Agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared
whereby City leases said third floor from the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
