78-355RESOLUTION NO. 78R -355 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF KOHL RANCH ROAD, EAST OF ANAHEIM HILLS ROAD. WHEREAS, State Subdivision Map Act, Section 66412, permits lot line adjustments pursuant to lot line adjustment plans by reso- lution; and WHEREAS, a lot line adjustment plat for certain property located in the City of Anaheim has this day been submitted; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to approve said lot line adjustment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the lot line adjustment plat attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to forward this Resolution, with the attachment Exhibit "A," to the County Recorder for recordation.
