A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TER_T!S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF N,-�TAHEIM
AND R. L. KAUTZ & CO., A DIVISION OF PINEHURST
CORP. , NNTD AUTHORIZING Tr 1 , 1, 1AYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE1.1ENT RE ADMINISTRATION OF
WORKERS' COQ PLNSATION PROGPAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a service
agent to supervise and administer its program of self-insurance
for its liability to its employees pursuant to the Workers' Com-
pensation Laws of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R. L. Kautz & Co., a Division of Pinehurst
Corp., is qualified to render such supervision and administration
services for the City's Workers' Compensation self-insurance pro-
gram and desires to be employed for such purpose pursuant to this
agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
Citv of Anaheim; and
WHE=IS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it would be in the best interests of the City to enter into
said agreement with R. L. Kautz & Co., a Division of Pinehurst
Corp., and that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing R. L. Kautz & Co., a Division of Pinehurst Corp., to
perform services in connection with the supervision and adminis-
tration of the City's Workers' Compensation self-insurance pro-
gram be, and - the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1 and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and cn behalf of the City of Anaheiiit.
