A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND LAWRENCE O'TOOLE FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to retain
the services of a qualified real estate appraiser to appraise
certain City -owned property; and
WHEREAS, Lawrence O'Toole, M.A.I., is qualified to
perform said services for the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Lawrence O'Toole
for appraisal services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of
