A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim intends to continue
the Youth Paint and Pick -Up Program funded with Community
Development Block Grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the basic purpose of the program is to
employ low - income youth in the painting of homes and the
cleaning up of properties of low - income homeowner occupants,
senior citizens, the disabled and handicapped; and
WHEREAS the City of Anaheim desires to employ a
vocational instructor to train and supervise these young
people; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to employ a vocational
instructor has been prepared, the terms and conditions of
which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of that agreement with John Rush are hereby
accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby,-authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
