A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH THE EUCLID ROMNEYA COMPANY

WHEREAS, The Euclid Romneya Company, a Limited
Partnership, (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee ") is the
owner of property in the City of Anaheim over which the City
owns a public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for the purpose of installing a block wall
planter curbing, and landscaping; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to it; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not interfere
with the present use of the easement by the 'City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and The Euclid
Romneya Company be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anahiem this 23rd day of May,
1978•
