A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
DESIGN OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim-is in need of engineer-
ing services in connection with the design of water system
improvements for Claudina Street between Lincoln Avenue and
Chartres Street, for Emily Street from Lincoln Avenue to the
alley north of Lincoln Avenue, and for Philadelphia Street
between Lincoln Avenue and Chartres Street; and
THE FOREGOING
the City Council of the
WHEREAS, Willdan Associates is qualified to perform
said engineering services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Willdan Associates will provide such engineering services;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
