A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2394 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 72R -360 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2394 on
August 22, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R -360; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2394 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 72R -360 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of May ,
1978.
