A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -42
APPROVING ZONING RECLASSIFICATION NO. 77- 78 -31,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
January 17, 1978, adopt Resolution No. 78R -42 approving Reclassifi-
cation No. 77- 78 -31, subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
Resolution stated that such reclassifcation was to "RM -1200"
RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE- FAMILY ZONE when, in fact, said reclassifi-
cation should read to "RM- 2400" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE- FAMILY ZONE;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R -42 approving Reclassi-
fication No. 77 -78 -31 be, and the same is hereby, amended, nunc pro
tunc, by deleting the designation "RM -1200" and substituting in its
place, the designation "RM -2400" wherever the same appears therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 78R -42 shall remain in full force and effect.
