A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUI7CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING -All EXTENSION OF TIME IN
WHICH TO COTIPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF ABA IDONTIENT NO. 76 -9A.
WHEREAS the City Council did by Resolution No. 77R - 68,
duly passed on February 1, 1977, conditionally approve the abandon-
ment of a portion of McDuff Street; and
WHEREAS, said resolution required said conditions to be
completed prior to August 1, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore granted a six -
month extension of time to meet said conditions, said extension to
expire February 1, 1978; and
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to further extend
the time in which to meet said conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby grant a six-month extension of time, to expire July 31, 1978,
in which to meet the conditions of approval of Resolution No. 77R -68.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of May, 1978.
