A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONCURRING IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
RESOLUTION DECLARING A PORTION OF LAKEVIEW
AVENUE, A COUNTY HIGHWAY, DURING CONSTRUCTION
OF SAID AVENUE PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has approved plans
and specifications for the widening of Lakeview Avenue Bridge;
and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has declared by
Resolution that Lakeview Avenue is a County highway during
construction period pursuant to Section. 1700 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to concur in said action of the County of Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does concur in the action of
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange declaring the
Lakeview Avenue Bridge to be a County highway during construction
thereof pursuant to Section 1700 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to send a certified copy of this Resolution to the
Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of
May 1978.
